Living abroad can be rewarding, but it can also be challenging. Stress, relationship issues, cultural adjustment, or simply finding your place in a new environment — these are experiences many people share. At the International Therapy Center Graz, we offer psychotherapy and clinical psychology in English (and other languages) to support you in navigating life’s transitions. Our aim is to provide a professional, warm, and culturally sensitive space where you can talk freely — and be understood.
